MI Abaga, the multiple award-winning Nigerian rapper, says his next album might win a Grammy award.
The 40-year-old music star, who recently announced his engagement to Eniola Mafe, his heartthrob, took to his Twitter page to disclose that the album would be dropping soon.
The rapper also urged fans to anticipate a “classic body of work” which might win the Grammys.
“And now that that’s is all over…music coming soon. Now I can focus so I release this album properly,” he wrote.
“Because it is a classic… Might win a Grammy. I appreciate your patience.”

The music star had earlier revealed how he met Mafe in 2020. He also said he plans to spend the rest of his life with her in 2022.
“@eniolamafe and I met in Dec 2020 and, straight away, I knew I had found the one. I am excited to announce that we are getting married this year. And we ask for your support and blessings as we embark on this journey,” he had said.
Ahead of their wedding, the lovebirds also shared photographs from their pre-wedding shoot on social media.
