Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, the royal newlyweds, will have their honeymoon in Canada.
Since their royal wedding, the honeymoon location has been kept under wraps.
TMZ reports that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be heading to the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in Alberta, Canada.
The royal couple will be staying at the 6,000 square foot Outlook Cabin popularly known as ‘The Royal Retreat’ although their time of arrival is unknown.
However, there are reports that both British and Canadian security will be involved when they do.
The cabin is said to be a favourite destination for the English royal family.
“Supreme comfort is present in every detail of the sumptuously comfortable bedrooms, enclosed verandas and majestic stone fireplace that warms both the dining room and great room – the perfect place to entertain family & friends or celebrate a special occasion,” the website for the 700-acre resort read.
Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip stayed at the resort in 2005, while King George VI and The Queen Mother visited in 1939.
The couple had initially delayed their getaway so they could attend Prince Charles’ 70th birthday ceremony in the Buckingham Palace.
