Collins Enebeli, father of Nigerian music producer Don Jazzy, has bagged a bachelor’s degree in film and television production.
Enebeli, popularly called Mavin grandpa, earned the degree from Dundalk Institute of Technology, Ireland.
“Thank God for another academic dream fulfilled. To God be the glory,” he wrote on Instagram.
Describing himself as a proud Mavin, he added: “Congratulations for another mission accomplished.”
Don Jazzy, CEO of Mavin Records, also posted a congratulatory message to his father on social media.
He wrote: “Everybody please help me congratulate my super dad as he just got his B.A.Hons in Film and Television Production.
“I am proud of you dad. 4 years of learning at this age is not beans but you did it and did it well.
“You have set an example for me to follow.”

In 2017, Enebeli presented with the merit award for excellence by Lagos State University (LASU) for his contribution to the growth of the music and entertainment industry in Nigeria.
He was a one-time executive of the Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria (PMAN), an actor on several shows on the Nigeria Television Authority (NTA), and presently, the president of Artistes Managers Association in Nigeria (AMAN).
