Majek Fashek, legendary Nigerian reggae singer, has returned with new music.

Majek, who has grappled with substance abuse in recent years, collaborates with 2baba (2face Idibia) on “No More Sorrow”.
The song is a re-worked version of his hit track Holy Spirit from the 1991 Spirit of Love album.
No More Sorrow is an inspirational song that preaches peace. Most of the lyrics are biblical and the melody is soulful.

2baba has listed Majek Fashek as one of his influences so this collaboration must be quite important to him and their combined fan base.
‘No More Sorrow’ was released on Tuesday via Soundcloud.
