The Lagos State University (LASU) has announced the appointment of new head of departments.

Oluwaseun Bello was appointed acting head, department of English, while Okubena Dipeolu was named acting head, department of agriculture.‎

The appointments were announced Monday in the university’s official bulletin obtained by the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).

The appointments were said to have been approved by Olanrewaju Fagbohun, vice-chancellor of LASU.

Bello’s appointment would be for a period of two years, with effect from November 17 to November 16, 2018 while Dipeolu’s appointment took effect on November 21, 2016.‎
