Did You Know? Bobby Brown dated Janet Jackson before he met Whitney Houston

Bobby Brown, ex-husband of Whitney Houston, dated Janet Janet Jackson briefly before he met Houston.

Although this was not previously known, it was made public by The Bobby Brown Story, a show on BET chronicling his life.

The second part of the mini-series began on Tuesday.

It was gathered that the female Jackson caught his attention before he met Whitney Houston and he showered her with gifts.

However, the love wasn’t mutual between both parties.

In the show, Woody McClain, who played Bobby Brown, believed that he was not accepted into the Jackson family because of his dark skin.

After having sex, Bobby exploded and kicked her out of the hotel room naked. That, according to the show ended their relationship.

The show also showed that Robin Crawford, Houston’s best friend, was a constant feature in their marriage leaving Brown acting as a third wheel in their relationship.

Before her death, Houston always had Crawford close to her. Although they were best friends, she was also the singer’s assistant.

The film depicted Crawford as the clingy friend that was encouraged by Houston to stay.  In the biopic, the couple had an argument over Crawford.

Other details of Brown’s life revealed in the movie were: witnessing his best friend’s death in a school fight and his mother selling drugs to support the family.
