She said she is old enough and deserves to be respected.

“I am not a fan. I like his music but, personally, I don’t know him. I have met him and he did not greet me,” she said.

“I am sorry, no I am not sorry. I am old enough. He did not greet me. And I believe he should be respectful.”

Henshaw, however, commended Davido for his charitable contribution towards people in need.

“For me, personality matters and it draws people closer to you. Yes, he has done a lot of good,” she added.

“He is unapologetically Nigerian and he has flown the flag without fear or favour outside the shores.”

Kate Henshaw, now aged 52, ventured into the movie industry almost three decades ago.
