Placing much emphasis on Drake, he warned the rapper to stop mentioning his wife on his songs, accusing him of perpetuating rumours about an affair with his wife.

In a series of videos posted on Instagram, West said he is choosing to address the comments now that he is out of a “sunken place”.

The rapper said: “I just want to express somethings that were not sitting right with my spirit

“Now that I’m out of the sunken place, I can think and I can be Ye and just express how I feel

“There’s a couple of things I want to address. First of all I want to address Nick Cannon.

“I understand that you used to date my wife. But when you are giving interviews, don’t mention my wife. Say ‘I respect that man and I am not bringing that up’.

“Don’t be making no suggestions.”

“With Drake, I told you that I wasn’t in a medicated state, I might have had wherewithal to say ‘hey Pusha, don’t diss Drake on my beat’ and I spoke about that and took accountability for.

“What I am looking for… for my spirit to take accountability is the fact that people are making rumours, thinking that you f***ed my wife and you are not saying nothing and you carrying it like that. That don’t sit well with my spirit.

“I told you I didn’t tell Pusha no information about your baby or baby mama, that didn’t come from me.

“Don’t speak on nobody from my family, nothing that could be mentioned with my wife.

“We don’t have to talk again. We are in love, we are married. We are family. All three of you, come and talk to me. It doesn’t sit right with my soul.

“And I had to express that to you like this. Nick Cannon, Drake, Tyson Beckford. All that don’t sit right with me.”
