Uche Kachikwu, an Afro-trap artiste better known as Kach, has joined Made Men Music Group (MMMG).

The record label is co-owned by Ubi Franklin.

Kach was welcomed to MMMG by Franklin via an Instagram post on Thursday.

Franklin, who co-owns MMMG with show promoter Paul ‘PaulO’ Okoye, wrote: “I am a rare species, not a stereotype. Dear Friends welcome @kachofficial To Made Men Music Group.”

The rapper also shared a picture of himself and Franklin on his Instagram page.

Kach is the son of Ibe Kachikwu, minister of state for petroleum resources and the immediate past group managing director, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).

Dino Melaye, a senator representing Kogi west, made a cameo appearance in the music video for โ€˜Dinoโ€™, a song by Kach.

Tekno and Selebobo are the major stars on MMMG. Three new artistes — Lino, Chibex and Ellyman — joined the record label in 2017.

Iyanya Mbuk was a former co-owner and artiste on MMMG before he joined Mavin Records.
