Justin Bieber, Canadian singer and songwriter, has teased fans and music lovers that a new album is coming soon.
The singer said this when Ariana Grande brought him out as a surprise guest during her Coachella performance on Sunday night.
Shortly after she had thrilled the crowd with songs like ‘7 Rings,’ ‘Love Me Harder,’ ‘NASA,’ and ‘Break Free,’ Grande introduced her special guest Bieber.
“We thought it might be fun to do something for you guys,” said Grande before the two performed his 2015 hit ‘Sorry.’
Bieber’s performance with Grande was the first time he has performed on stage in two whole years.
“I haven’t been on stage in like two years. I came out here, I had no idea I was going to be on stage tonight,” said Bieber.
“So anyways this is my first time on stage in like two years, so I had to get my groove back. I had to get my swag back. Thank you so much Coachella. Thank you so much to Ariana Grande.”
The gifted singer made the bombshell announcement before leaving the stage. “And by the way, album coming soon,” he said as the crowd erupted in cheers.
Bieber’s last album ‘Purpose’ was released in November 2015.
In 2013, the Canadian songwriter said he was exiting the music scene, only for him to drop a post on Instagram in March that he was back.
“Music is very important to me but nothing comes before my family and my health,” he wrote.
“I will come with a vengeance believe that.” He married model Hailey Baldwin last year.
