Jon Batiste, the Grammy-winning US singer, has released his latest single titled ‘Drink Water’.

The song was released on various streaming platforms on Wednesday.

In ‘Drink Water’, Batiste recruits the vocal dexterity of Jon Bellion, the US singer, and Fireboy, the Afrobeats star.

The song is part of Batiste’s upcoming album ‘World Music Radio’, slated for release on August 18.

In ‘Drink Water’, the artistes showcase their vocal prowess and artistic skills.

“When they lie just hit the reach out, I’ll call you. When they try you, you know that I’ll be there for you, so take a deep breath, drink water,” the lyrics read.

“You know that these streets just loud, relax and calm down, you got to man now, and I know you’re messed up right now, when you are down, dance to my sound.”

Batiste released his debut solo album ‘Hollywood Africans’ in 2018.

He serves as the creative director of the National Jazz Museum in Harlem.

In 2022, he earned five Grammy awards out of 14 nominations.

Jon Bellion, on the other hand, is renowned for his hit song ‘All Time Low’. He has garnered acclaim for his songwriting and producing skills. He has released four mixtapes and two studio albums to date.

Similarly, Fireboy has made a significant impact in the Nigerian music industry and gained global recognition.

In May, he released his first single of the year, titled ‘Someone’.
