Is Johnny Drille married to Rima Tahini?

Johnny Drille, the Nigerian singer, has fuelled speculations that he is married to Rima Tahini.

Tahini is Mavin Records director of A&R and a senior associate of Kupanda Capital.

On Tuesday, the songwriter announced the release of a new song titled ‘The Best Part’ alongside a music video.

In a video accompanying the Instagram post, Drille appreciated Tahini for loving him.

He also told his numerous followers that he was revealing “a part of me I have never shared before”.

“I am grateful for you all who share in my world, this part of me I have never shared before until now, THE VERY BEST PART,” he wrote.

“You complete me @rimouuune, thank you for loving me. The Best Part official music video, up on YouTube.”

In ‘The Best Part’, Drille sings: “All I ever wanted was a girl like you/  I did not know true love/ until I fell for you/ It has been one hell of a ride/ doing life with you/ thankful for you and I/ we found a way right through.

“All of my life/ you are the one thing I did right/ I know we do not have forever/ so I want to give you the best part of myself/ all of me/ cause I know we are made for each other.”

Shortly after he released the song, Don Jazzy, Mavin Records CEO, shared a slew of pictures of the pair while praying for their “union”.

“With all the amazing love songs that @johnnydrille has written in his life, it is only right that he bags one of the most amazing women I have met to share #thebestpart of his life,” he wrote.

“I am so happy for both of you. May God bless your union. Happy birthday again @rimouuune.”

There are also indications that the pair held their private wedding in January 2022.

This was after Tahini shared a video earlier in the year to celebrate what appeared to be their first wedding anniversary.

“Exactly a year ago yesterday – the most beautiful day, and it’s been the most beautiful 1st year of marriage. I am filled with gratitude to God everyday and look forward to forever by his grace!” she wrote.

Despite all the indications, Drille is yet to officially confirm if he is married.

A similar incident played in April after the Mavin Records artiste sparked dating rumours with Tomi Ojo, the actress who played Rahila in the Netflix series titled ‘Far From Home.
