Derek, who was earlier filmed kneeling on Floyd’s neck before his death, was arrested Friday and charged with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter.

On Friday, Kellie, in a statement through her attorney, expressed condolences to Floyd’s family.

In the statement by Sekula Law Offices, Derek’s wife, who happens to be a former Mrs. Minnesota winner, also said she’s filed for dissolution of her marriage, according to CBS Minnesota.
