In the live video session, Falz featured Vector who also agreed to the collaboration.

The music star added that the project is coming on the backdrop of his newly released single titled ‘Mr Yakubu‘.

In the song, the rappers aimed a dig at the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) over the conduct of the 2023 general election.

The song also triggered the #MrYakubuChallenge on social media.

In the challenge, users showcase their singing skills by covering the song or singing their favourite verse.

Speaking on the challenge, Falz said the top three entries will feature on his upcoming project with Vector.

“Part B of this announcement is that three of the best entries on the Mr Yakubu challenge will be selected and all three people will feature on our collaborative project. Stay tuned for that,” he said during the session.

Falz had revealed that the song captures his truth about the just concluded elections “without fabrication”.
