Daniel Etim Effiong, Nigerian actor, has welcomed a second child with Toyosi, his wife.

The film star took to Instagram on Saturday to repost pictures from the announcement of the child’s birth.

In another post, Toyosi shared a photo of herself in the labour room, revealing that the newborn was a male child.

Effiong and Toyosi got married in November 2017 and welcomed their first child in January 2019.

After quitting his oil and gas job, Effiong became a content producer for NdaniTV, a web-based television channel.

In 2017, he directed a five-minute-long short film titled ‘Prey’, which was produced by his then-newly-wedded wife.

He was starred in a number of 2020 movies and played a lead role in ‘Fish Bone’, produced by Editi Effiong.

Effiong also featured alongside Ike Onyema and Atteh ‘SirDee’ Daniel in the short ‘Storm’, produced by Diane Russet.

Still, in 2020, he directed a documentary ‘Skin’, produced by Beverly Naya. It was slated to be shown on Netflix.

Toyosi, in turn, identifies as a digital media enthusiast, television producer, author, and storyteller.
