Wizkid, an award-winning singer, has again joined forces with Babatunde Adeyinka, a disc jockey better known as DJ Tunez, for a sequel to his previous single entitled ‘Gbese 2.0’.
The track follows a 2019 prequel of a similar name on which he had featured the international music sensation.
While the song comes ahead of Wizkid’s highly-anticipated studio project ‘Made in Lagos’, it also enlists Spax and sees the trio croon about their obsession for a lover over whom they’ll go broke.
DJ Tunez started to gain popularity in 2016 after he collaborated with Wande Coal to release ‘Iskaba’ –a song that would later be dubbed ‘Nigeria 2nd Best Song of 2017’.
In 2019, he released ‘Turn Up’ featuring Wizkid and Reekado Banks with supplementary vocals from Rema before his ‘Blackout party’, which united 1,700 people to dance to the thrill of his hit.
