Wande Coal, the Nigerian vocalist, has come through with ‘Come My Way’, his highly anticipated single.
The musician announced the release of the single on his Instagram page in the early hours of Thursday.
The less than four-minute song, which is an Amapiano-inclined sound, was produced by Bruno and Screwface.
Black Diamond, as Wande Coal is popularly called, said the song was released to show gratitude for the “blessing coming my way even through difficult times”.
“It’s a happy song talking about the blessings coming my way even through difficult times,” he said.
“I know, they know I’m makin’ money to come my way| This game know I no go like the money to come my way.”
Part of the lyrics of the song read: “So I pray| money, money come my way| Cause I know wetin I go do when the money come my.”
Born on October 18, 1985, Wande Coal began his foray into the music industry when he signed with Mo’Hits records, a music label owned by Don Jazzy in 2006.
The 36-year-old singer has collaborated with several other music superstars in the country, including Wizkid, while also winning multiple prestigious awards for his sound.
