Tekno, the Nigerian singer, has come through with his latest single titled ‘Pocket’.
The musician released the track on streaming platforms on Friday.
In ‘Pocket’, Tekno emphasizes the importance of having a good time when one has money.
“Ahh! For me, I don dey para for long now/Balling, Balling soke/Baby jowo is okay/No go change am for me oh/Get down and shake it for me/Money going loke/Getting y**sh is okay/” he sings.
“So when money dey pocket/No go dey dull your body/Shey you no know we never broke again/So when money dey pocket/No go dey dull your body/Shey you no know money dey ginger body.”
The song was produced by Insane Chips.
‘Pocket’ comes a few days after Tekno put out another song titled ‘So What?’ — wherein he featured Shallipopi, the music rave of the moment.
The songs give a glimpse into what Tekno has in store for his fans in his new album ‘The More The Matter’ — scheduled for release on September 1.
Tekno began to earn fame in the music industry after he put out his first single titled ‘Holiday’ in 2013.
He has since then released other hit songs including ‘Pana’, ‘Enjoy’, ‘Skeletun’, and ‘Diana’.
The singer has also received several awards and recognition for his craft.
