Tobechukwu Okoh, the Nigerian singer better known as Peruzzi, has come through with a new single titled ‘Pressure’.
The ‘Majesty’ crooner announced the song’s release across streaming platforms in the early hours of Friday.
Peruzzi also features Fireboy DML in ‘Pressure’ in what appears to be the second time they are working together on a song since ‘Southy Love’ in 2021.
In ‘Pressure’, the singers showcase their vocal dexterity. They also ensure their well-crafted lyrics blend with the melody.
In the song, the music stars express their feelings to their love interest who seemingly enjoys being chased.
“Girl there’s no two ways about it, normally you go be mine, we can do something about it if you just open your mind. Ara mi ti wa lona o, been waiting at your door o, would you open up for me? No dey put me for this kind pressure,” the lyrics read.
The track was produced by 3 Heads, the music producer.
Peruzzi started to gain prominence after he was signed to Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) in November 2017.
He has established himself as a household name in the music industry since then.
He has also collaborated with a number of renowned individuals in the country’s music scene.
