Ikuforiji Abdulrahman, the Nigerian singer fondly called Oxlade, has put out a new single titled ‘Intoxycated’.

In ‘Intoxycated’ — released on Wednesday — the 26-year-old singer employs the talent of Santan Dave, the Nigerian-born British rapper.

The song sees Oxlade telling a love tale that went soar out due to infidelity from the lady.

“It’s early in the mornin’/ grab my phone/ Lookin’ at my Insta’, how the thing go/ Saw my shawty with another bro/ Oh my goodness, she’s a ho,” he sings.

“I don’t know what you wanna hear from me Big wide waist for me/ ‘Cause you been on my mind constantly/ Where your conscience? Baby ma lo koba mi/ ba mi/ I for take you overseas/ me and you for be like five and six Y’lookin’ me down with your prayin’ mantis, eh-eh.”

‘Intoxycated is produced by DeeYasso and Spax.

Oxlade started to gain attention after he came through with ‘Away’, his 2020 hit single.

The hit track also made the Rolling Stone Top 50 best song list of 2020, spurring him into the limelight.

The singer is signed to Troniq Music, Epic Records in France, and Columbia Records in the United Kingdom.
