Olamide, the Nigerian rapper, has delivered the remix of his hit song ‘Hello Habibi’ featuring Russ, the American singer.
The ‘Metaverse’ hitmaker announced the song’s release across streaming platforms on Friday.
“Hello Habibi/ Salaam-Alaikum Habibi/ If you’re ready, let’s go Habibi/ I told you Habibi/ When the money enter, Habibi/ I will definitely call you Habibi/ We dey go to Dubai soon Habibi/ 400K, ẹsha ni Habibi/ Walahi I go spoil you Habibi/ Oh my baby/ Na which store you wan go Habibi/ Hello Habibi/ Salaam-Alaikum Habibi,” they sing.
Olamide, the Lagos-born rapper, is revered as one of the biggest artistes in Nigeria. He has earned a plethora of nominations and awards for his craft.
After releasing ‘YBNL’, his second studio album, Olamide launched his music label in 2012. The record label has produced talented musicians like Lil Kesh, Adekunle Gold, Fireboy, and Chinko Ekun.
In 2020, YBNL signed a joint venture deal with Empire Distribution, a US music label and publishing company.
Born Russell James Vitale, Russ is an award-winning American singer and rapper.
