Adelusola Ebenezer Femi, the multi-talented singer better known as Olakira, has come through with ‘Fall,’ his latest single.
The musician announced the song’s release in a post via his social media handles on Friday.
In the less than four-minute project, Olakira croons about his vulnerability to ladies and struggles to contain his emotions when in love.
“Anytime I see you I dey lose guard, this kind love no be kiss and tell. Girl you too sweet like indomie…when you move your body you’re so gorgeous. You can chop my money make I be your maga for life. I don fall for you,” he sings in a mixture of English and Pidgin.
The singer has continued to wax stronger in the music scene with his unique style spanning Afropop, R&B, and Afrobeat.
The 31-year-old came into the spotlight after the release of ‘Maserati’, his hit single. He would later team up with Davido for the remix of the song.
Last year, he called on music lovers in Nigeria to show more support for their artistes by streaming and buying their songs legally.
“I think we need to step up because that is why you see some of our artists going outside the country for performance and relocation,” he had said.
“Nigeria is where talents are, we need to appreciate our people. It is not easy to go to the studio and record songs and get a hit.
“So Nigerians should please stream and buy songs, not download illegally because everything is still business.”
