Mayorkun, the Nigerian singer, has put out a new single titled ‘For Daddy’.
The singer announced the release of the song via his social media pages on Thursday.
Produced by Agada Prince Oyada, ‘For Daddy’ comes as Mayorkun’s first single for the year.
In the song, the music star expresses his deep admiration for his lover, whom he finds physically appealing.
He also croons about her beauty, saying it has caused him to fall deeply in love.
“You see as you fine, you dey give me the juice, my dopamine no fit to reduce, calm down now osiso my banana don dey call, ahahan I’ve been looking for you like I’ve never seen before, your beauty make me fall,” the lyrics read.
Mayorkun gained popularity in 2016 after he released his debut single ‘Eleko’, which was produced by Puffy Tee.
He is signed to Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) record label.
The singer has collaborated with several Nigerian artistes including Peruzzi, Zlatan, and Dremo.
Mayorkun has also received several awards and recognition.
In 2016, he won the Rookie of the Year at The Headies.
He also won the Best New Act category at City People Music Awards in 2017.
