Burna Boy, the Grammy-winning Afro-fusion singer, has put out a new single titled ‘Sittin’ on Top of the World’.
The 31-year-old music giant announced the release of the song in the early hours of Friday via his social media handles.

In a teaser for the track, the ‘Common Person’ crooner shared videos of his world music tours, including his record-breaking stage performances.
“Give you what you ask for/ So tell me if you want action/ Until the lights back on/ I get the one wey go last long/ In an eleven room mansion/Pure likе water where dеy for nylon/ I pull up in my high fashion, every light flashing / Anyway We can go ahead and just head out/ And chill up in my villa/ Together the whole night/ Just get in the drop top, take the head out/ And cruise with your head outside,” he sings.
Born Damini Ogulu, Burna Boy started to gain fame after releasing ‘Like to Party’, the lead single from his debut album ‘L.I.F.E’ (2013).
In 2021, the singer set a record in Nigeria after his fifth album ‘Twice As Tall’ won the ‘Best World Music Album’ category at the Grammy Awards.
Burna Boy will be performing at the 2023 UEFA Champions League (UCL) final on June 10.
