Kanye West, US rapper, has agreed with Kim Kardashian West, his estranged wife, that they should have joint custody of their four children — with neither of them needing spousal support.

Kim had earlier filed for divorce from Kanye in a move that ended their marriage that lasted for nearly seven years.

According to UK Guardian, documents show that Kanye’s attorneys filed a response last Friday in LA’S superior court to Kim’s divorce petition, which had only begun the process of ending their marriage.

It is understood that Kanye’s filing was identical to Kim’s original petition agreeing that the marriage should end over and that the two should share custody of their children: North (7), Saint (5), Chicago (3), and Psalm (nearly 2).

As in Kim’s, West went ahead to ask that the court’s right to award spousal support to either person be terminated.

In Kim’s 19 February filing, she said they had a prenuptial agreement under which they kept properties separate.
