Cynthia Morgan, the Nigerian singer, has revealed that she was sexually abused by her half-siblings at the age of 14.
In a recent Instagram post, the singer claimed she lost her virginity after being used as a “sexual experiment” by her half-siblings in her father’s house.
She said she eventually opened up to her mother after months of abuse, but her half-siblings bullied her at school for exposing them.
She also demanded that DNA be conducted to ascertain if her dad is her “real father”.
“I was barely 14 when I lost my virginity in my father’s house because my half-sister and brother decided to be using me for sexual experiment,” she wrote.
“This sh*t went on for months till I was able to tell my mum. It sure did not stop there because they hated me for telling my mum and went on to start bullying me in school and telling their friends to not befriend me and always pick on me so they can beat me. I went through all this as a teen.
“Now it’s their father’s turn… we gats do this DNA test. There will be no peace for the wicked.”
Morgan gained recognition in 2015 with her debut album, ‘Good Vibez Afro Pop’, which spawned several hit singles, including ‘Don’t Break My Heart’, ‘Lead Me On’, and ‘German Juice’.
In 2017, she signed with Jude Okoye‘s Northside Entertainment record label but left before the contract ended.
In 2020, she alleged that Okoye cheated her out of royalties and other benefits.
Okoye, however, denied the allegations and released copies of the contract for public view.
