Olakunle Churchill, Nigerian businessman, has filed a N500 million lawsuit against Tonto Dikeh, an actress who doubles as his former wife, over the latter’s 2019 interview.

Amid the tensions that trailed the duo’s divorce, Tonto had granted a three-part interview where she made a number of outrageous allegations against Churchill in May 2019.

This had included claims that her ex-husband was into internet fraud and spiritualism. She told Daddy Freeze of Cool FM that Churchill “last only 40 seconds in bed.

“At the beginning of the relationship, I never suspected him of cheating because he has a sexual problem, a disease, its called premature ejaculation. He can’t stay inside a woman for more than 40 seconds. My son was the longest sex, one minute,” Tonto had said.

Months after the controversy had broken the internet and died down, Churchill, in a new development, filed a lawsuit against the actress, demanding N500 million in damages.

He alleged that Dikeh had put out the “defamatory publications” in an attempt to tarnish and damage his image, knowing fully well that he had a political ambition to pursue.

The suit, filed before a high court in Abuja on December 10, 2019, demanded that Tonto appears before the court within 14 days from the date of the suit or judgment would be given in her absence.

Last year, Churchill had similarly threatened a lawsuit against Dikeh, petitioning the inspector general of police over the latter’s “illegal sale” of his N22 million Toyota Prada SUV.

In 2015, the Nollywood actress got married to the businessman and they have a son from the union. The duo however divorced in 2017, following series of heated quarrels.
