The book launch ceremony was held at Four Points by Sheraton, Victoria Island, Lagos on Sunday.

The first book ‘The Global Real Estate Investment Handbook’ provides a detailed analysis of each market, including key differences, unique opportunities, and comparative insights.

Akintayo, chairman of Gtext Holdings, a real estate company, described the book as “arguably the only one in the world that provides such a global perspective on real estate.”

The book, he said, demystifies cross-border property investment while addressing the issues of foreigners’ incapabilities to own properties for life in Dubai.

The book includes case studies, detailed market comparisons, and strategic insights on global real estate.

The second book ‘The ABCs of America’s Real Estate Investment’ highlights the businessman’s ongoing $200 million investment in the United States.

The real estate mogul also encouraged readers to pursue their ambitions without fear of competition, saying “There’s no traffic in the air”.

Akintayo said the books would serve as “a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the complexities of global real estate investments”.
