Miyonse and Soma were the casualties of the first real eviction show in the ongoing Big Brother Naija competition.
The evicted housemates were those with the least number of votes from the public.
Soma and Miyose had been nominated for eviction alongside Efe.
In a shocking twist, the eviction process was altered as Big Brother first sent Efe to the holding area, before being joined by the other nominated pair.
The housemates were extremely emotional and tearful as each of the three nominated contestants were told to leave the house.
At the holding area, it was announced that Miyonse and Soma were actually the evicted housemates.
Miyonse was nominated two weeks in a row before eventually getting evicted from the house.
During Saturday night’s party, Efe had delivered a farewell speech of sorts.
He said the housemates, regardless of who got evicted, should see themselves as celebrities for making it to the Big Brother Naija house.
Efe said his time in the house had been so memorable that he often lost sight of the N25 million ultimate prize.
When Soma was asked why he got the least votes from the public, he said, “I don’t know… I really don’t know”, while trying to hold back a flood of tears.
At the false eviction show which took place last week, two new housemates, Debie-Rise and Bassey, were introduced to the house.
Big Brother decided against evicting Marvis and TBoss, the nominated housemates, choosing to add more flavour to the competition.
At the end of the reality show, the last housemate standing will win N25 million and a brand new KIA Sorento car.
The presenter of the show is Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, a former Big Brother Nigeria housemate.
The Big Brother Naija house is located in South Africa.
Seyi Shay was the headline performer at the eviction show.
Efe was eventually reunited with the other housemates after being made to sweat in the holding area.
