According to multiple reports, Beyoncé and Jay Z have welcomed their twins.
People quotes a source close to the family as saying: “Bey and Jay are thrilled and have started sharing the news with their family and closest friends.”
The twins were said to have been born earlier in the week, according to Showbiz 411.
Beyoncé in February announced on social media that she was expecting twins.
The ‘Lemonade’ singer had written: “We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes. — The Carters.”
Beyonce cradled her protruding belly in the photo which broke a record for the most liked picture on Instagram.
The announcement got more than 8 million Instagram likes in the first 24 hours.
Two weeks later, the singer performed at the Grammy awards in Los Angeles.
The singer held a push party in May, which was attended by Michelle Williams, Kelly Rowland, La La Anthony, Vanessa Bryant, and Serena Williams.
Beyoncé and Jay Z are already parents to 5-year-old daughter Blue Ivy.
Jay Z was unable to attend his induction into the Songwriters Hall of Fame on Wednesday night as a result of the imminent delivery – fueling speculation that the babies had been born.
