Praise Nelson, a former Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) housemate, has graduated from the National Open University (NOUN).
NOUN held its 13th convocation on Saturday. The convocation ceremony saw 22,175 students graduate across NOUN’s 120 study centres in Nigeria.
Of the graduates, 15,768 received their undergraduate degrees, and 6,407 were awarded postgraduate certificates.
Praise, who was one of the graduates, took to his social media, to reveal that he bagged a BSc in Mass Communication.
The reality star also revealed that he started his journey to get the degree in 2013 while also expressing gratitude that he has “completed this phase of my life”.
“Started this journey in 2013; life took me through so many turns but I am proud to say I finally completed this phase of my life,” he wrote.
“Say hello to the newest graduate – B.Sc Mass Communication.”

It remained to be seen if he spent 13 years studying at NOUN.
Praise participated in the 2020 BBNaija ‘Lockdown’ edition, which was won by Laycon.
During the reality TV show, Praise was always in the news over the romantic moments shared with Kate ‘Ka3na’ Jones.
Ka3na, at their reunion, revealed that they had sex on the show but the dancer could not satisfy her.
