Alex Unusual, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Efe, and Teddy A were among the BBNaija stars who graced the service of songs of Rico Swavey, their late colleague, on Wednesday.
Swavey died last Thursday — a few days after he was involved in a ghastly car accident.
The night of tributes and candlelight was held in his honour at Retro Citi, Victoria Island axis of Lagos state.
Other celebrities who attended the occasion include Dorathy Bachor, Cross, Bambam, and Arin as well as John Ugbe, head of Multichoice Nigeria.
At the event, Rico’s colleagues paid touching tributes to him while some of the reality stars broke down in tears.
Rico’s family had earlier announced that he would be buried at Ebony Vaults in Ikoyi on Thursday after a private church service at the Methodist Church of Trinity.
The singer’s death has been met with a chorus of condemnation since footage of his last moments surfaced online
Some of Swavey’s fans had accused the staff of Doren Specialist Hospital in Lagos of recording the footage but the facility dismissed the allegations.
The Lagos state government also announced the commencement of an investigation into the matter.
The Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) on Monday partnered with the Lagos state government to probe the circumstances surrounding the reality star’s death.
