‘Your Number’, the hit single of US-based Nigerian singer, Ayo Jay, has been certified gold.
A song is certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America when it has sold 500,000 copies.
The singer made known his achievement via his Twitter handle on Tuesday.
“My single ‘Your Number’ is now an American RIAA-certified Gold record,” he wrote.

Ayo Jay’s ‘Your number’ has enjoyed massive success in the United States.
Since its release three years ago, it has been remixed twice; by Chris Brown and Fetty Wap.
The first version of Your Number was produced by Melvitto and released in 2013.
‘Your Number’ debuted at number 20 on the Spotify Velocity section of the Billboard chart.
The artiste born Ayoola Ogundeyi Jnr. has a record deal with One Nation and RCA.
