Some movies leave one with a feeling of glee while some poorly executed flicks make one want to puke, punch someone and throw a tantrum – all at once.

Synopsis: A village girl is picked to be on a reality show and fakes her life all the way to the reality show house… until an old classmate of hers joins the cast of characters.

Synopsis: A Star in Heaven is a Nigerian/American casted drama/thriller whose subject whose central subject is STARGATE, a multi-million dollar ICT software developed by Kayode Ajeshifini (Jim Iyke) which was stolen by the American company that employed him but being an illegal immigrant he could not fight back. Mary (Belinda Effah) is a crooked and cantankerous wife. She helped Kayode into the US with forged documents and is prepared to also protect him from deportation after his illegal status was exposed. Kayode dramatically meets Zainad (Deborah Taribo-West) who turned out to be A Star in Heaven as she guides him to a spiritual journey to self-discovery. This is an intriguing film where racism also takes center stage.
