Danboskid, the former BBNaija season 10 housemate, says he plans to pursue a career in Nollywood and build on the groundwork he laid before entering the reality show.
The 25-year-old model from Ekiti state was evicted from the show alongside Ibifubara last Sunday.
In a recent interview with selected journalists, the reality TV star revealed that the show’s organisers gave housemates the option of having their talents managed by chaperones, adding that he even got an audition script a day after his eviction.
“Honestly, I feel it is a good start. Before coming into the house, I had already laid my foundation and coming outside the house, I am glad I am in this management,” he said.
“Before we got into the house, they said if we wanted our talents to be handled by chaperones, we could say that. Even a day after my eviction, I still got an audition script for Tinsel. I think I am in the right place and I am going to hang around.”
Born Daniel Olatunji, Danboskid also expressed interest in pursuing a relationship with fellow housemate Zita after the show.
“I would not say 100%, I was so glad that I laid it into Zita. She has not been in any relationship before, she said whenever she got into anything with a guy and she noticed that she was catching feelings, she was just going to gaslight the guy,” she said.
“So she has not really been in a real relationship before. One thing I told her was I liked how we were going, and she said she did like it as well. She said she was scared, but then she liked it.
“So one thing I told her was that if she would not mind, I would like to take it out in the outside world and continue from where we stopped. She was like we would see how it goes. She did not shut me off but she was like let us get outside first and see how it is.”
