Sultana, the BBNaija season 10 housemate, has revealed why she chose to practice the Islamic religion.
During a conversation with fellow housemates Zita and Big Soso, the 25-year-old was asked if her parents practiced Islam.
Sultana revealed that she grew up in a multi-faith household, with a Muslim father and a Christian mother, exposing her to both religions from childhood.
The model shared that while she was baptised as a Catholic, with the baptismal name Josephine, she later chose Islam because it resonated most with her.
“I grew up going to church and mosque, my mom is a Christian. At some point I got baptized in Catholic, my baptismal name is Josephine. I just decided to choose the religion that works best for me which is Islam,” she said.
Zita:- are your parents strict Muslims?
