Charles Inojie, and Ali Nuhu, the ace actors, have asked Nigerians to take part in the #MakeWeHalla challenge — which encourages conversation against domestic violence.
Inojie recently teamed up with Nuhu in the ‘Make We Halla’ campaign against domestic violence in Nigeria.
They also shared a video wherein they spoke against the culture of silence in matters related to domestic violence in the country.
The video urged Nigerians to recognise their power to speak up when they witness domestic violence within their communities.
In a post via his Instagram page on Friday, Inojie expressed his excitement at the success of #MakeWeHalla challenges.
He also encouraged Nigerians to continue speaking up and taking action against the evil practice, adding that they should never be just “bystanders”.
The 53-year-old also urged Nigerians to post videos or photos with the hashtag.
He added that the winner of the challenge stands a chance of winning a new Android phone.
“Show that you will halla with me when you see domestic violence. Post your halla video or halla photo with the hashtag #MakeWeHalla,” he wrote.
“I will feature the top 20 and you stand a chance to win a good Android phone. Halla to show that we will never be bystanders again in the face of domestic violence.”
