Kelechi Udegbe, the Nigerian actor, has survived a car accident.
The actor shared pictures and videos of the aftermath of the accident on his Instagram page on Sunday.
The photos show his car in a mangled state. A video also shows Udegbe in the hospital with a neck brace.
In an accompanying caption, the actor expressed gratitude to God for saving his life, adding that he only suffered “minor injuries”.
He said he would be back to acting soon.
“With immense gratitude to God almighty, I write these words with a heart full of mixed emotions,” he wrote.
“I was involved in a ghastly accident that almost altered the course of my destiny in almost the blink of an eye, but God, the master performer performed an unbelievable miracle & gave me a second chance at life.
“I made it out of the accident alive but suffered minor injuries. I am in good shape and will be back to doing what I enjoy doing best on your screen in a couple of days.
“This post is for God. This post is for everyone who believes in God. This post is for every one whom my unforeseen challenge has affected. God bless us all.”

Udegbe made his screen debut in 2009.
He has since starred in several films and soaps including ‘Behind The Smile’, ‘Ojuju’, and ‘Taxi Driver: Oko Ashewo’.
He has also received recognition for his talent.
