Alex and Pere of the BBNaija All-Stars house have each received a strike for violating the rules of the BBNaija house.
The housemates were sanctioned on Sunday, just before the live eviction show, following an altercation over a mattress.
On Saturday night, the duo got into a fight in which Pere flipped the mattress aggressively against Alex.
Alex responded by telling Pere that he was provoking her to hit him.
In his verdict, Big Brother pointed out that the housemates had received continuous advice about conflict resolution, warnings against violence, and provocative behaviour within the house.
He said that despite providing a rule book for the housemates to read, they continued in their ways.

Pere was found guilty of violating the house rules on violence for physically removing the mattress from under Alex.
Alex was also found guilty of provocation and was issued a strike.
Pere and Alex previously had one strike each following altercations with their fellow housemates.
Pere’s first strike was as a result of a confrontation with Doyin, an evicted housemate, where he damaged Big Brother’s wall.
Alex, on the other hand, got her first strike over a pool fight with Ike, another evicted housemate.
The BBNaija All Stars season commenced on July 23 and is expected to conclude on October 1.
