Max, 29, kicked off her US tour two weeks ago with shows in Boston, Philadelphia, and other parts of the US.

During her performance on Tuesday night, an overzealous concertgoer rushed to the stage to slap the singer.

The intruder, although restrained by one of the officials, had already succeeded in hitting Max in the face.

Max later rubbed the affected area while she continued her performance on stage.

Moments after the attack, the singer took to her Twitter page to condemn the action.

Taking a swipe at the fan, she said he is “never coming to show again”.

The incident is coming less than two days after a concertgoer was charged with assault after throwing a phone at Bebe Rexha on stage.

The defendant, identified as Nicolas Malvagna, claimed he “thought it would be funny”.

Axa Max was born Amanda Ava Koci. She is prominent for her songwriting craft.

The pop singer signed with Atlantic Records in 2016, where she released ‘Sweet but Psycho’, her hit song, in August 2018.
