Phyna, winner of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) season seven, has denied claims that she has a child out of wedlock.
The reality TV star spoke of her family and plans after BBNaija during an interview with TVC.
While in the BBNaija house, viewers had speculated that Phyna gave birth to a baby girl outside of wedlock.
Photos of Phyna and the child also went viral on social media platforms.
During the interview, Phyna was asked by one of the show hosts how her “child” was fairing.
“My baby girl, yea she is fine. I have not seen her, she is with my aunt. It’s not like she is my child o,” Phyna said.
“She’s my elder cousin’s child. His wife died. Since then I have been taking care of her. A lot of people think she is my child and yes she is. I am planning on bringing her with me when I’m less busy.”
The reality star also talked about her plans to open a strip club.
“I’m going to have a farm, so people can come and buy raw food from me,” she said.
“With time I’m having, opening a club, and then you can come and party in my strip club and lots more.”
In October, Phyna won the 2022 edition of the BBNaija, defeating her rivals to snag the N100 million grand prize.
Phyna pulled 40.74% of the votes to clinch her win, followed by Bryann who is the first runner-up with 26.74%.
Bella, a fellow housemate, amassed 15.78% of the votes. Adekunle followed closely with 12.36%.
Chichi and Daniella were left with 2.49% and 1.89% respectively.
This year’s grand prize is the highest since the show debuted in 2006.
N50 million is the cash prize while the other N50 million is an estimation of prizes from the sponsors.
