On Tuesday, the singer was arrested at the airport in Lagos for claiming in an interview that Soberekon, the music executive, attempted to kill him.

But in an Instagram live session with Daddy Freeze, the media personality, Soberekon revealed that the singer has apologised to him under “no oppression or influence”.

Soberekon also disclosed that he had to fly in from London to end the case to avoid Harrysong from being charged to court.

“I do not want to go dirty, I do not do this. What happened is that Harrysong apologised to me at the station, which was not under oppression or influence because his lawyers were there,” he said.

“It was sad that he slept there; I did not like the fact that he slept at the station, inside a cell honestly but he has been granted bail. I was in London, I had to rush back because they might charge him to court, and that can lead to something I can not control.”

Speaking after his bail, Harrysong said his “words” during the interview was misinterpreted by the public.

“In the interview, there are a lot of expressions that was said that people took in different ways about Soso, Skiibii and Kcee. In all, I have a way of expressing my feelings to my people but as it stands now we are good,” he said.

When TheCable Lifestyle contacted Benjamin Hundeyin, the Lagos state police spokesperson, he confirmed that the singer was released on Wednesday.

“Yes he has been released. He didn’t spend more than 24 hours with us. He was arrested on the morning of Tuesday and released on the morning of Wednesday,” he said.
