Peter ‘Mr P’ Okoye, the Nigerian singer and songwriter, has boasted that Psquare, the singing group he shares with his twin brother, will sell out the London O2 Arena, during their concert.
In a series of tweets on Tuesday, the ‘Smooth Criminal’ crooner added that the feat would be accomplished “with or without new songs”.
“We don’t need to shutdown O2, we are only coming to close it down! With or without new songs! Legend is legend,” Mr P wrote.
While sharing a video clip of the group’s Christmas show on his social media pages, Peter also asked Psquare’s fans to decide on a venue for their upcoming concert in London.
“Team PSQUARE, should we O2 or Wembley this sh*t? Comment below….. O2 is calling The Kings of stage,” he wrote.
Mr P’s braggadocio comes a few days after Davido, the award-winning singer, sold out the 20,000 capacity O2 Arena during his concert in London, the United Kingdom.
Peter and Paul Okoye, his twin brother, had parted ways in 2017 after a disagreement on the role of Jude Okoye, their older brother, as manager.
Last November, the pair ended their nearly five-year feud and held their first headline concert — since the infamous split — on December 25.
