Members of team gold at the ongoing BBNaija reality TV show have received a cash prize of N500,000 each for winning their Guinness challenge.
The team, which include Nini, Liquorose, Princess, Emmanuel, Peace, Tega, and Michael, clinched the prize on Wednesday night.
Biggie, the instructive voice behind the show, had divided the housemates into three groups namely: team foreign extra stout, team smooth and team gold.
Each group was thereafter asked to make a stage presentation which consists of choreography and singing in line with a given theme.
Pere, the current head of house (HoH), said team gold’s theme was inspired by the Guinness brand campaign “Black Shines Brightest”.
“Individuals coming together with creativity and optimism to make an impact in their world” he said.
After a while, all the groups were called for their presentations and were judged based on their creativity, stage performance, and rhythm.
Team gold was declared the winner after snagging the highest points ahead of other groups during the keenly contested exercise.
Biggie thereafter awarded N500,000 each to members of the winning team while they were also given six months supply of Guinness.
The show is currently in its third week with the eventual winner billed to snag the N90 million grand prize.
