Tunice, an Abuja-based singer and songwriter, has come through with ‘Arole’, his latest single.
In the less than three-minute song, the fast-rising singer croons about God’s love for man and the significance of divine intervention in man’s day-to-day pursuit for success.
“What would l have been without you, l cannot imagine, l cannot imagine…” he could be heard singing.
In a statement to TheCable Lifestyle, Tunice said the project, which means heir in English, is to show that “man means nothing without God.”
“Sometimes in life, we get carried away and we forget that our abilities profit nothing without him. We get lost in the affairs of life because of certain false pictures that the world has painted to be true,” he said.
“But even in our lust, he is patient enough for us to realize that we are nothing without him. Arole (the heir) is beyond the words, it’s beyond the sounds, it’s self-discovery!”
The single further stretches the singer’s impressive stints in the music industry since he kickstarted his career some years ago.
He has released several projects including ‘Over Flow’, ‘Connect’ and a cover of ‘Aje’, a hit song by Davido.
Tunice has also worked with Clarence Peters, a music video director, and Young Gage, an Afrobeats artist, based in Madrid, Spain.
