Gregory Boyce, the actor who played Tyler Crowley in ‘Twilight’, a movie based on Stephanie Meyer’s books, has died alongside Natalie Adepoju, his girlfriend, in the US.
According to E!, medical examiners confirmed their death on Monday, noting that the deceased were found lifeless in their Las Vegas condo last Wednesday.
Boyce was 30 while Adepoju was 27.
While the cause of death for either individual has not yet been disclosed, it was gathered that Boyce had been handling lots of businesses, shuttling between Las Vegas and LA for acting and to see his daughter.
“Greg’s cousin woke up and noticed that Greg’s car was still at the house. He was worried because Greg was to be in LA. His cousin went to check on him and found them,” a source said.
Boyce is renowned for his role in the first of the ‘Twilight’ movie franchise released in 2008. He played the role of Crowley, a student at Forks High School who nearly hits Bella (Kristen Stewart) with his car. When Edward (Robert Pattinson) is able to stop the car with his hand, Bella’s suspicion that Edward is a vampire solidifies.
With a 10-year-old daughter to care for, he had reportedly been dating his 27-year-old girlfriend for a year with the latter’s family describing her as a “loving daughter, niece, sister, cousin, and friend.”
“Currently, it is our wish to not disclose the cause. We ask that you respect the families’ wishes. Due to the sudden passing and the need to bring Natalie home,” Natalie’s family wrote on GoFundMe.
“Natalie had so much life to live we are saddened that her life was cut short. Natalie leaves behind one son, her father, 2 brothers and 1 sister, and a host of family and friends who love her dearly.”
