Not long after Burna Boy and Mr Eazi delivered exhilarating performances at the 2019 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, dates and ticket sales details for the festival’s 2020 edition have been announced.
As recently disclosed by hosts of the annual two-weekend event, the race to Coachella 2020 would kick off on June 14, 2019 — with the advance sales of tickets — while the event proper would hold on the weekends of April 10 and 17 next year.

The advance ticket sale is scheduled to open at 11am (pacific time) and buyers would be limited to four passes per weekend. A secondary general sale follows after the lineup announcement in January while those for parking and other amenities would be available at additional costs.
A three-day general admission pass would sell for $399 USD but ranges up to $929 USD for VIP while private campground areas and an exclusive safari two-person tent would variably sell at $2,224 USD and $9,500 USD respectively.
Newly introduced this year is the option of $25 downpayment and 6 months installments for those who don’t wish to pay the said amount upfront.
The 2019 Coachella lineup included the likes of Ariana Grande, Childish Gambino, Wiz Khalifa, Jaden Smith, J Blavin, Janelle Monae, Tame Impala, Kanye West, Khalid Robinson, Burna Boy, among other headliners.
While many are already drawing on the euphoric experiences of the festival’s 2019 edition, it is expected that the organizers would announce the lineup for Coachella 2020 in the coming months after which general ticket sales would commence.
