Burna Boy and Mr Eazi, Nigerian super singers, are — without doubt — expected to make the country proud with spectacular performances that would shutdown the 2019 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, which begins on Friday night, April 12.

The dynamic music duo, who had an outstanding 2018 — a year during which they both increased their fan base and their respective sounds gained broader appeal — are undoubtedly excited to rock the stage and bring the Nigerian lyrical prowess into global spotlight.

Coachella, a two-week music event, is scheduled to kick off from April 12 to 14 and 19 to 21 at Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.

While Mr Eazi would be performing on Saturday, April 13 at 9:00pm, Burna Boy would take to the stage on Sunday, April 14, at exactly 7:15pm.

This will be their first time at the international event. In 2018, Wizkid, another Nigerian star, was unable to make it to the US for the festival despite being included in the lineup.

There will also be performances from foreign acts as Childish Gambino and Rihanna’s new film, Guava Island, will premiere on the Coachella Youtube channel.

Among the lineup to perform at the event are Janelle Monáe, Weezer, J Balvin, YG, CHVRCHES, Blood Orange, Pusha T, Playboi Carti, Wiz Khalifa, Kacey Musgraves, and Jaden Smith.

Also included are Solange, Kid Cudi, Aphex Twin, the 1975, Diplo, Weezer, Rosalía, Yves Tumor, SOPHIE, Mac DeMarco, Idris Elba, Jon Hopkins, Kaytranada, Anderson Paak, Juice WRLD, Playboi Carti, among others.

Good news is you don’t have to fly all the way to California before getting to watch Burna Boy and Mr Eazi take the world by the grip alongside global stars at the renowned event.

Just as it has been for the last eight years, the annual music festival would be available to watch live on Coachella’s Youtube channel which would be covering the performances of over 80 acts from around the world.

You can also select their sets through Youtube’s personalize viewing schedule feature and bring California’s Empire Polo Club to the comfort of your home.
