WATCH: Rudeboy finds true love in ‘Reason With Me’

After much teasing on social media, Paul ‘Rudeboy’ Okoye, has finally released the official video for his latest single, ‘Reason With Me’.

‘Reason With Me’ visuals addresses relationship virtues like commitment, patience and tolerance between lovers.

Directed by Clarence Peters, the video cleverly paints Rudeboy as an average young man struggling to make ends meet but unable to satisfy the expectations of his lover as much as he tries.

His optimism towards his carpentry job was not enough to convince his woman to stay with him during his trying times.

Like a typical classic script, the woman returned when Rudeboy became wealthy only to meet her place taken by another.

“If money no dey na wetin she gain oh, she tell me say she go runaway, she go run very faraway. As the raba don dey she con dey mellow, see the baby don come again. You don forget back in the days. I bin dey beg you to try reason with me, If I no get today, I go get am tomorrow. Abi you want make I die, e no easy for me. If I no get today, I go get am tomorrow,” Rudeboy sang.
