In a tweet on Tuesday, the movie star was of the opinion that everyone has an agenda towards marriage as opposed to what society makes people believe.

She said she believes that some people get married for certain reasons such as money, kids, or even physical features.

“In marriage, everyone has an agenda. Society told us otherwise. Our parents told us otherwise. Our church told us otherwise,” she wrote.

“Some marry for the money, others for a passport, Others for kids, others because of a banging body etc.

“Errrm, do peeps still marry because they love each other or because one is intelligent. Or does everyone now have an agenda.”

The actress had earlier argued that flaunting relationships on social media gives pace to break-ups.

The 36-year-old also shared what she said were her observations of relationships put in the public glare.

“A relationship will end if it has to but flaunting it on social media just speeds up the process,” the actress had said.
